The Reverend Richard B. Lightsey has been called to be the new rector for Saint Andrew Episcopal Church.  Father Lightsey most recently was serving as Interim Pastor at All Saints Episcopal Church in Bakersfield, California, where he was the Associate Priest since 1993 under the Rt. Rev. Edward S. Little, newly consecrated bishop of Northern Indiana.  Father Lightsey is married to Annie and they have two sons, Sawyer, age 7 and James, age 5.
